FAQ

There's nothing more important to us than you being 100% happy with your Dius piece. We put together a list of frequently asked questions so that we can clarify everything for you. If your question is not answered below, please get in touch below.

You ask, we answer...

Are your pieces really water-friendly?

Yes. Our crochet thread is fade-resistant and our designs are completely metal-free, meaning you can wear your Dius pieces in the shower, by the sea, or while dancing in the rain without worrying about tarnish. That said, as with any textile, we don’t recommend constant or daily water exposure — a little care will keep your piece beautiful for longer.

How do I care for my Dius piece?

Your jewellery is designed to be low-maintenance and long-lasting. To care for it, store it in a cool, dry place when not being worn, ideally in its pouch. Avoid daily soaking, heavy perfumes, or oils coming into contact with the thread, as this may shorten its life over time. A gentle approach will preserve both the colour of the thread and the natural beauty of the gemstones.

Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Many of our Limitless Chains are fully customisable. You can choose between gold or silver thread and select the gemstones that resonate most with you. Because every gemstone is natural and handpicked, no two pieces will ever be the same — your jewellery is truly one of a kind.

Who makes the Dius jewellery?

Every Dius piece is handmade in London by myself and often together with my mother. This collaborative process adds an intimate, sentimental layer to every design — jewellery made not just by hand, but with heart.

Do you offer delivery outside of the UK?

Yes — if you’re based outside of the UK, you can shop our designs through our Etsy store. This ensures smooth international delivery with reliable shipping, tracking, and customs handling.
